Udaay leads product, engineering, and company direction at Nahl Technologies. He came to the United States from Bangladesh as a young student and built his technical foundation here.
He architects every system Nahl ships — from the AI models to the infrastructure that runs them. His work is driven by a single conviction: that AI should close gaps, not widen them.
Udaay believes the most important technology problems are the ones that affect people who have no other options. That belief is what Nahl Technologies is built around.
Mohieminul co-founded Nahl Technologies with a deep belief that the communities most overlooked by technology are often the ones with the most to gain from it.
Coming from Bangladesh to the United States as a student, he understands firsthand what it means to navigate systems not designed with you in mind — and what it means to build something that changes that.
He brings strategic depth and cultural grounding to everything Nahl builds, ensuring the company stays anchored to the communities it exists to serve.

He advises Nahl Technologies across various engineering and AI initiatives, bringing deep technical expertise from one of the world's most demanding software environments.
His consulting work helps Nahl build with the rigor and architectural discipline required to scale reliably — particularly as the company expands its AI infrastructure.
