About
We build AI that works for real people.
Our mission
Too much AI effort concentrates in markets already well-served. Nahl Technologies deliberately goes where the need is greatest — underserved languages, under-resourced health systems, communities left out of the first wave of tech.
Our name, Nahl — Arabic for honeybee — is our north star. Bees build for the hive, communicate in networks, and enable survival through collective effort. That is how we think about AI.
How we build
We are a lean team with a bias toward shipping. Our stack is agentic-first — autonomous AI woven into workflows — combined with deep domain knowledge and genuine cultural fit for the communities we serve.
We partner with the ground. Not built for communities — built with them.
What we stand for
Build for the hive
Every product we ship is meant to benefit a community — not just the individual user. Technology should strengthen networks, not fragment them.
Domain depth over breadth
We go deep into specific fields — maternal health, education, language — where cultural and contextual fit is the actual moat.
Ship and learn
We are experimenters. We ship early, watch closely, and iterate fast. Waiting for perfect is a form of not caring.
Agentic by default
We design AI that acts — not just assists. Autonomous agents embedded in real workflows produce real outcomes.
Our story
Two kids from Bangladesh.
One mission that couldn't wait.
Udaay Sikder and Mohieminul Khan both grew up in Bangladesh — a country of 170 million people where access to quality healthcare, education, and technology has always been unevenly distributed. They saw it not as a fact of life, but as a problem worth solving.
They each came to the United States alone, in their early years, to study. No family. No network. Just the belief that education was the bridge to something bigger. They built their lives here from the ground up — and in doing so, they never stopped looking back at the communities they came from.
When the AI wave arrived, most of the world rushed to build for markets already saturated with solutions. Udaay and Mohieminul asked a different question: what about the people nobody is building for?
Meet the team

“We are not building for the world that already has everything. We are building for the world that has been waiting.”
