WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY

• Contact and lead forms: name, email, phone, company, and what you write to us — so we can respond. Stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the United States).
• Newsletter: your email address, so we can send you what you signed up for. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
• Chat widget: the messages you send, and technical context (page, language, browser type). Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses and stored so we can improve how we help visitors. The chat never submits your contact details anywhere — if you want us to reach out, you press the button that says so.
• Booking: if you book a call, scheduling runs on Cal.com under their privacy terms.
• Basic analytics: aggregate page statistics to understand what's useful. We don't sell data, run ads, or build advertising profiles.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it except with the processors named above (Supabase, Anthropic, Resend for email delivery, Cal.com, Vercel for hosting), each bound by their own data protection terms, and except where the law requires.

RETENTION

Lead and contact records are kept while there's a business reason to keep them. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we're legally required to retain it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Email info@nahltech.com to access, correct, or delete your data. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, state laws), those rights apply and the same address handles them.

CHILDREN

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
