When we process personal data on behalf of clients — in automations, software, or analytics work — we do it under a written Data Processing Agreement scoped to the engagement: what data, what purpose, what safeguards, which subprocessors, and what happens at termination.

We maintain a standard DPA aligned with GDPR Article 28 requirements and adapt it per engagement and jurisdiction. Request the current version at info@nahltech.com — it's part of every proposal that involves personal data.
